Chinese New Year Holiday:
February 15th - February 23rd (XM Office)
February 17th - February 19th (HK Warehouse)
There are three times for customs declaration before holiday: 3rd /6th/ 10th Feb.
*The last application time before the holiday
is the 10th,it’s expected to be sent out on 13th OR 14th Feb.
*The first customs declaration after the holiday
is to apply on 27th Feb.It is expected to be sent from HK on 3rd Mar.
All orders placed during the holiday will be processed and prepared by Feb 10th. To avoid any unnecessary delay, please place your orders in advance-the final shipping cut-off date is Feb 9th.
